Starting from a crack on the egg to the cherry on top, a certain fascination with the wholesome dessert has exposed itself inside of me. In the beginning of my pursuit, I was enthusiastic to uncover the complex secrets that lay within a cake. Now, as an advanced baker, I still believe the same passion is roaming in my heart.
