Ingredients:
- 3 cups cut okra
- 1 medium onion
- 1 ½ tablespoon Gram flour (besan)
- 1 teaspoon cummin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander (dhane) powder
- 1 tablespoon dry mango (amchoor) powder
- 3 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt as per taste
- cilantro for garnishing

Method:
- Wash and completely dry okra and cut it into thin long slices.
- Cut onion into thin slices.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add onion slices when cumin seeds start sizzling. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, dry mango powder, and coriander powder.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add cut okra to the pan and mix it properly.
- Add gram flour to the pan and let it cook till okra is done.
- Garnish with cilantro.
