Ingredients:
- 10 bread slices
- 1 cup grated paneer (Cottage cheese)
- ¼ cup finely chopped bell pepper
- ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon chat masala
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Oil/butter to grease
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onion. Saute for a second and add bell pepper.
- Add red chili powder, salt,chat masala and mix everything.
- Add grated paneer. Give a quick stir and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
- Get bread slices and cut off the edges. With the help of a rolling pin, flatten the bread slice carefully.
- Spread the enough mixture on the slice and start rolling the bread tightly but carefully. At the end of the slice just dab the water and seal it. Do the same thing for all the bread slices.
- Heat the pan and grease it with oil or butter. Place the bread rools on the pan and cook from both the sides.
- Serve hot with Ketchup.
Note:
- You can use ginger-garlic paste or garam masala with the other spices.
