chaas or Buttermilk

Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon asafoetida
- 3-4 cups chilled water
Method:
- Add yogurt, salt, and asafoetida in a bowl. Whisk it.
- Add water and whisk again. I like my buttermilk to be thin. So adjust water according to your preference.
- Serve immediately.
