Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Wash and drain the rice. Heat oil in a pan. Add rice to it.
- Saute for a minute. Add water, salt and pepper as per the taste.
- Cover it with a lid. Cook until the rice is done and the water gets absorbed.
- Mix cilantro and lemon juice to the rice.
