Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and drain the rice. Heat oil in a pan. Add rice to it.
  2. Saute for a minute. Add water, salt and pepper as per the taste.
  3. Cover it with a lid. Cook until the rice is done and the water gets absorbed.
  4. Mix cilantro and lemon juice to the rice.
