In a thick bottom pan, add the coconut mixture and sugar. Keep on stirring the mixture continuously for about 15 – 20 minutes. The mixture will start thickening.
When it starts leaving the sides of the pan turn off the flame. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Stir it thoroughly to make a big lump.
Spread it evenly and smooth on the greased tray and let it cool down.
Cut into pieces and serve the yummy coconut mango burfi!
