Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated fresh coconut
- ½ cup mango pulp
- ½ cup milk
- 1.5 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon ghee/butter
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
Method:
- Grind coconut, mango pulp and milk in a grinder.
- Grease the tray with ghee and keep it aside.
- In a thick bottom pan, add the coconut mixture and sugar. Keep on stirring the mixture continuously for about 15 – 20 minutes. The mixture will start thickening.
- When it starts leaving the sides of the pan turn off the flame. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Stir it thoroughly to make a big lump.
- Spread it evenly and smooth on the greased tray and let it cool down.
- Cut into pieces and serve the yummy coconut mango burfi!
