Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Cilantro washed and chopped
- ½ bunch Mint washed and chopped
- 1 inch ginger chopped
- 1 leamon
- 2 green chilis chopped
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add cilantro, mint, ginger, chilis and salt in a grinder. Squeeze juice from a leamon.
- Add little water and make a fine paste. Adjust salt if necessary.
- Chutney is ready to serve.
