Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Cilantro washed and chopped
  • ½ bunch Mint washed and chopped
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 1 leamon
  • 2 green chilis chopped
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add cilantro, mint, ginger, chilis and salt in a grinder. Squeeze juice from a leamon.
  2. Add little water and make a fine paste. Adjust salt if necessary.
  3. Chutney is ready to serve.
