Kanda Bhaji (Onion Fritters)

Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion sliced thinly
- ¼ cup besan or Gram flour
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon ajwain
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry

Method:
- Add sliced onion, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ajwain, and salt in a bowl. Mix it properly. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Add gram flour and rice flour into the onion mixture and mix it. (Do not add water)
- Heat oil in a pan. Drop small portion of onion mixture and fry till golden brown flipping in between.
- Drain the fritters on a paper.
- Serve hot with tea.
