Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • chopped cilantro to garnish

Method:

  1. Grate cucumber and carrot.
  2. Whisk yogurt and add salt and ground cumin.
  3. Add grated vegetables to the yogurt.
  4. Mix well and garnish with chopped cilantro.
