Ingredient:

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1½ cup yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan until they are slightly brown.
  2. Add sesame seeds, garlic cloves, oilve oil, lemon juice and red chili powder in a blender. Make a fine paste.
  3. Pour this paste in a bowl. Add yogurt and salt. Whisk together to a smooth paste.
  4. Sprinkle some red chili powder on top and serve.
