Ingredient:
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1½ cup yogurt
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan until they are slightly brown.
- Add sesame seeds, garlic cloves, oilve oil, lemon juice and red chili powder in a blender. Make a fine paste.
- Pour this paste in a bowl. Add yogurt and salt. Whisk together to a smooth paste.
- Sprinkle some red chili powder on top and serve.
