White Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk ( add more or less depending upon the consistency)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Melt the butter in a heated pan over a medium heat. Add flour and stir until butter and flour are combined.
- Add milk and stir continuously. Add salt and pepper.
- Turn of the heat as it gets thicken.
