Chocolate Pedha (Milk Powder Sweet)

Ingredients:

  • 2¼ cup Milk powder
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (½ cup) at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon ,milk masala for garnishing

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Use the dip bowl or else the mixture will come out while cooking.
  2. Add milk powder, condensed milk and stir.
  3. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute.
  4. Remove it from the microwave and add chocolate chips.
  5. Microwave the mixture for 4 minutes stirring in between after each 1 minute.
  6. Remove from the microwave and knead with your hands when it is warm.
  7. Roll into round shape. Garnish with Milk Masala

Note:
This recipe makes about 55 pedhas.
Each microwave is different. It may take more or less time to cook.
