Ingredients:
- 2¼ cup Milk powder
- 1 tin condensed milk
- ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 stick unsalted butter (½ cup) at room temperature
- 2 tablespoon ,milk masala for garnishing
Method:
- Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Use the dip bowl or else the mixture will come out while cooking.
- Add milk powder, condensed milk and stir.
- Microwave the mixture for 1 minute.
- Remove it from the microwave and add chocolate chips.
- Microwave the mixture for 4 minutes stirring in between after each 1 minute.
- Remove from the microwave and knead with your hands when it is warm.
- Roll into round shape. Garnish with Milk Masala
Note:
This recipe makes about 55 pedhas.
Each microwave is different. It may take more or less time to cook.
