Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk masala
  • 1 teaspoon of chiroji
  • Few strands of saffron

Method:

  1. Pour milk in a pan and start boiling it on a medium-high heat.
  2. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low.
  3. Add sugar, milk masala, chironji and saffron. Let the milk boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
