Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon milk masala
- 1 teaspoon of chiroji
- Few strands of saffron
Method:
- Pour milk in a pan and start boiling it on a medium-high heat.
- Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low.
- Add sugar, milk masala, chironji and saffron. Let the milk boil for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
