Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup of mix vegetables : Bell pepper, spinach, onions,green onions
- 2 garlic pods minced
- 1 teaspoon dry crushed basil leaves
- 1 serving white sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tomatoes puried
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
Method:
- Add a tablespoon of oil on a heated pan. Add minced garlic and saute for couple of seconds. Add sliced onions, then cook until the onions become translucent.
- Add the rest of the vegetables. Stir continuously. Add the tomato puree. Cook until the raw smell of the puree goes away.
- Add oregano, basil, red chili flakes, and tomato ketchup. Stir for a minute. Add the desired amount of white sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add pasta and mix everything. Add a little water if necessary. Put on a lid and simmer for 2 minutes on low-medium heat.
- Garnish with crushed basil leaves and serve hot.
