  1. Mashed the boiled potato and add salt.
  2. Arrange papdis in a plate. Add a tablespoon of potato mixture on each papdi. Top it with teaspoon of chopped onion, sweet chutney, and green chutney.
  3. Add sev on each papdi. Sprinkle chat masala over the plate and serve immediately.
