Eggless Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup milk powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 4 tablespoon butter ( 60 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ¼ cup walnuts or almonds

Method:

  1. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking soda together. Add butter and sugar in a bowl and mix it together with the hand mixer.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Blend it together pproperly.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 356℉ or 180℃. Grease the pan with the cooking spray. Pour the mixture in the greased pan. Sprinkle walnuts or almonds on the brownie batter.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool down in the pan for 10 minutes. Cool it completely on a wire rack. Cut into slices after it is completely cool down.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients:

  • 1⅔ cups all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1⅓ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup butter to the room temperature
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ spoon vanilla
  • warm water to mix (approx 1 cup)

Method:

  1. Sift together all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Get a bowl. cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and blend it together.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Use water to make it smooth. Again, blend it properly.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F.(200 °C). Grease the pan with a baking spray. ( or you can spread butter all over the pan and then sprinkle all purpose flour)
  5. Pour the batter into the greased pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Ckeck the cake by inserting a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean, the cake is baked.
  6. Remove from the oven. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Transfer it to wire racks to cool completely.
