Masala Papad
Ingredients:
- 2 papads
- 1 onion chopped finely
- 1 tomato chopped finely
- Red chilli powder
- Chaat Masala
- Nylon sev
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- Oil to fry papad
Method:
- Mix chopped tomato and onion in a bowl.
- Cut each of the papad into 4 triangles. Heat oil in a pan. Fry all the papad triangles. Drain them on paper and keep it aside.
- Spread a tablespoon of tomato-onion mixture on each triangle. Sprinkle red chilli powder, chaat masala, and nylon sev on top. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
